Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in creative development, preferably in a B2B or online environment.
3. Strong understanding of creative technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Proven experience in managing a team of creative professionals.
5. Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
