Responsibilities

• Ensure robust architectural design for EUC to integrate seamlessly with Office 365 applications and services
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to EUC and Office 365, providing effective solutions with minimal downtime
• Ensure security, compliance and best practices for safeguarding data within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Exercise strong analytical skills to access system and user engagements
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance overall EUC environment

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Relevant IT certifications
• At least 8 years consecutive experience in roles of similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Intine, Copilot, SCCM, SCOM, AD, PowerShell and Windows administration
• Knowledge in IT architectural design to ensure robust end-user computing architectures that seamlessly integrate with Office 365 applications and services

• Expertise in other areas like CoPilot, SCOM, AD, PowerShell, Windows administration
