Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and oversee the design and development of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for environmental and waste management projects. The ideal candidate will ensure designs meet regulatory standards, project requirements, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate M&E designs for environmental and waste projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards.
• Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Provide innovative solutions to optimize project designs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in M&E design for environmental or waste management projects.
• Design in Autodesk products, primarily in Revit, Vault, and AutoCAD.
• Create and further develop drawing bases and REVIT families.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and sustainable practices.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Provide technical support and training to clients during and after project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar).
• Experience in testing and commissioning industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of automation systems in the food & beverage or chemical industries is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
