Job Title: Interior Designer (ID3453)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $3000-$4000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Possess experience in design for commercial interiors, exhibitions and thematic attractions, from conceptual stage through final drawings
• Develop and illustrate design concepts through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches and computer renderings
• Develop designs, 3-D exhibit elements, interiors from conceptual stage through final drawings
• Develop drawing packages, including technical drawings with minimal supervision prepare layout plans, perspective drawings and elevations
• Maintain workflow in accordance with project schedule, with a variety of tasks and deadlines
• Select material samples and prepare sample boards for various projects
• Assist in surveying, analysing and measuring event sites for detailed drawings
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate and excel in a team environment

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, or Industrial Design with a minimum of 2 years experience in interior or related field
• Good technical drawing skills (AutoCAD)
• 3D modelling/rendering skills (Sketch up/3ds Max)
• fluency with Adobe CS Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient knowledge of Enscape or Vray
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative)

Job Title: Design Engineer/ Drafter (ID8077)
Location: Tampines
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $3000 - $4500

Job Description:
- Generate and edit AutoCAD 2D engineering drawings for submissions, ensuring adherence to established specifications and standards
- Familiarity with BIM drafting standards and design visualization is preferred
- Conduct site surveys and update drawings as required
- Liaise with the project-in-charge to consolidate drafting requirements
- Assist in engineering-related documentation, administration, and other duties as assigned
- Lead and work with project teams on drawings and documents for issuing and filing

Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical drafting
- Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- Candidate will be based at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years due to the current project

Job Description:
•Design driven with experience in show flat, residential and/or hospitality projects
•Have good excellent communication skills
•Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent
• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce construction drawing for fabrication.
•Manage budget and deadlines on agile projects

Requirement:

Job Description:
• Design component and assembly with CAD software. Prepare engineering drawings and engineering bill of material
• Analyse, design, develop, maintain products and assist in their commercialization
• Review technical documentation including engineering specifications, drawings, calculation packs, bill of materials, guidelines and repair procedures
• Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets engineering standard to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market product

Requirement:
