Qualifications:

• Provide leadership and direction to the creative design team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the development of creative concepts and ideas for new attractions, rides, shows, and themed environments within the theme park.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and experience designers, to ensure feasibility and alignment with overall park objectives.
• Lead the design of themed environments, ensuring that they align with the overall theme park narrative and brand identity.
• Direct the design of rides and attractions, ensuring they are not only thrilling but also aligned with the overall theme and story.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the safety and feasibility of ride designs.
• Collaborate with project management teams to align creative milestones with overall project schedules.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualifications in Architecture or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Exhibition Design, Theming Works, Rides & Shows Construction within the Theme Parks/Zoos/Events/ Museums/Attractions/Integrated Resort industries is required
• Managed projects in the capacity of project manager/director, project architect/engineer (contractor, consultant) of at least SGP$50 million and above or as part of a team managing such projects of $100 million and above.
• Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented.
