Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, marketing collateral, and materials for events and roadshows.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the overall marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and sales objectives.
• Propose and produce conceptual design proposals from initial creative ideas until the final execution.
• Amend existing artwork, review final layouts, and make necessary changes to improve the designs.
• Stay updated on education sector trends to ensure designs align with the company’s offerings.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver well-executed designs under tight deadlines.
• Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing a variety of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, roadshow fixtures, and sales-driven promotional materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint Design
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI, and the ability to produce cohesive designs across digital and print media.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. You will work closely with our Video Team Lead, producers, and editors to bring our visual stories to life. The Videographer responsible for the deliverables and collaterals for content creation and production across various customers channels, such as websites, social media platforms. The team is expanding and we are looking for a strategic, adaptive, and results-oriented Editor/Videographer! You are required to possess an exceptional level of both technical and creative abilities to be able to effectively create the vision creatives. This candidate should be well-versed in the latest Instagram and TikTok trends and enjoy creating different content styles that are unique and innovative while keeping in mind the values and vision of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative composition of moving visuals and motion graphics to tell a story as required with minimal supervision
• Create original video content and creative video editing
• Collaborate with the Video Team Lead and producers to understand project requirements and objectives
• Adapt and localise international content for various platforms with assets for social platforms being a key requirement
• Must be able to edit without storyboards or provide your own interpretation of an offline edit
