Responsibilities:

• Ensuring daily smooth operations

• Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)

• Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually

• Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre

• Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises

• Supervise and conduct periodic checks

• Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2yrs of supervisory experience

• Posses good understanding of service, experience in handling emergency procedures

• Physically fit, enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment

• Able to work on a 12-hrs rotating Day & Night shifts

Join P-Serv's project team and run the ground operation together with team members to execute effective project management.

Responsibilities:

• To oversees the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries
• Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
• Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
• Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents are accurate
• To ensure that all documented operational and financial SOPs are followed by the staff and the changes to SOPs are updated accordingly
• Conduct audit checks on the financial aspects of operations and SOPs carried
• To ensure all the physical cash collections of the previous day are banked into the designated bank account in the Cashpoint machines at the beginning of each working day
• To undertake daily cash reconciliation of physical cash on hand against the tender total declared
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned"

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in managing operation in any industry
• Possess good understanding of defination of project, from Recruitment, to Deployment, to Operation.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
