The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for preparation/execution for the migration of current MOH analytics platform onto GCC (government commercial cloud) platform.

Responsibilities

(a) Analyze factors involved in business problems and provide solutions on the current (Hadoop) and future Cloud platform (AWS).

(b) Understand business needs and develop IT system migration work-plan.

(c) Contribute to the planning of application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.

(d) Conduct task management for the team and leadership for junior members of the team.

(e) Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators.

(f) Liaise closely with various functions to ensure smooth implementation.

1.1.1 Requirements

(a) Degree/master’s in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.

(b) At least ten (10) years of overall IT experience in maintaining the large-scale applications in various environments including migration projects.

(c) Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing or Hadoop / Big Data application projects.

(d) Hands-on working experience in Informatica product suite and Databricks tools preferred.

(e) Experience in IT project management and process flows.

(f) Understanding of HW and SW application structure and configuration methodologies.

(g) Experience in bridging business and engineering teams and linking business needs to suitable IT solutions.

(h) Able to lead and possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

(i) Ability to motivate teams in challenging situations.

(j) Knowledge in understanding the structure of a business and how it uses technology and what its goals are would be preferred.

(k) Prior knowledge in healthcare is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customers’ requirements to design the technical solutions which meet customers’ needs

• Confirm solution fit and identify customer specific benefits that will help contribute to a unique business value offering with ROI indicators

• Assist sales in preparing proposals / responding to bids including

o architecting technical solutions that meet the requirements of clients using a combination of pre-existing frameworks, products and custom developments

o researching and preparing write-up of technical solution

o preparing effort estimates

o articulating solution benefits

o developing Proof of Concepts / Demos

o preparing proposal presentations

o Presenting the solution / demo to prospects

Requirements

· Possess 10-12 years of relevant IT experience

· Understanding of SDLC

· Understanding of MS SharePoint 2013 – architecture, design, administration, app model.

· Understanding experience on MS .NET 4.5 framework with MVC, Web API, Entity framework, MS SQL Server,PowerApps, Power Bi, Migration understanding of Azure-SQL

· Knowledge on Microsoft Cloud, Azure and its services

· Experience in architecting Cloud and Hybrid solutions

· Knowledge of Infrastructure sizing and network sizing

· Knowledge of Security and Testing tools and deployment methodology
