Responsibilities:
- Manage & coordinate the production of Quality BIM Models & construction documents.
- Managing & delivering a fully coordinated model in agreed formats.
- Ensuring all models, drawings & structural data are well maintained & up to date throughout the course of the project.
- Support in updating & revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct parameters & attributes for BIM based quantification.
Requirement:
- At least 1 years relevant BIM experience in building construction projects
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks & BIM software
- No quota for work pass to hire foreigners
