Job Description:

• Develop and execute plans and processes, in collaboration with stakeholders, based on the policy and scheme design
• Create cross-agency and public communication content and materials, including stakeholders briefings, media releases, eDMs, webpages, FAQs,
• Administrative preparation of the public launch of the scheme
• Work with vendors as necessary
• Review and propose user-centric features to improve customer experience with the scheme’s webpages, notifications, FAQs, user

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean might apply
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 months of graphic design and communications experience
• Experience in Canvas/ Photoshop/Illustrator
• User-centric mindset – have a strong understanding of user-centric design/comms principles (e.g. UX/UI, marketing, public relations knowledge/experience) and be able to empathise with different stakeholders to design craft effective and engaging communication content and design features that provide a positive experience for users
