We are seeking an AR Temp (Corporate Billing) for a period of 6 + 6 months in our company, offering a competitive salary of up to S$3200. The successful candidate will be based in the West and responsible for assisting with corporate billing duties. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary: Up to S$3300
Location: Nanyang Avenue
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Corporate Billing
- Processing Corporate billing as per KPI
- Assist to resolve and billing issues.
- Generate Statement of account to customer
- Prepare and post journal
- Support UAT testing for Project.
- Other duties as required to assist AR billing and collection.
Qualification & Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting
- Preferable with SAP knowledge and Accounts receivable working experience
- Good knowledge of GST guideline
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy with using different systems
- Meticulous and Customer oriented
