1. Responsibilities

· Take a lead role in the development and will be responsible for maturing this layout through to production feasibility.

· Bring cross-functional teams together and use engineering fundamentals to negotiate and deliver optimized solutions that meet the product attribute targets.

· Collaborate successfully with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Define the architecture of new projects or important IT evolutions in agreement with the architecture and operability standards.

· Deliver position papers to decide between several Architecture options.

· Define the Information Technology architecture standards (applications, infrastructure, data, integration, security).

· Develop broad knowledge about current "AS-IS" and future "TO- BE" product features.

· Work with Product architecture team in planning and execution of new product releases.

· Work with product teams in the solution engineering efforts.

· Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution.

· Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.

· Carry out regular technology scans and propose solutions on technologic innovations.

2. What we are looking for

· Demonstratable experience in leading product integration reviews and driving optimization studies to ensure design solutions are aligned with product attribute targets.

· Robust understanding of the engineering and design development process for large, complex products in a multi-disciplinary organization.

· Experience with mockup designs to support user experience studies.

· Experience supporting virtual builds, physical prototype builds, and pre-series production.

· Experience with product lifecycle management tools is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision Platform Division

Sitting within Information Technology Department, the Solution Architect is responsible:

• Analyse and align the functional and non-functional requirements (application security, database design , resiliency, performance , reusability, etc) from both Business and Technology stakeholders and design an application architecture and application infrastructure solution that is consistent with the application’s requirement • Work with domain architecture team to drive platform/ product roadmap.

• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT Standards and procedures.

• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.

• Lead development team to develop and implement solutions.

• Lead Proof of Concepts for new technology

What we are looking for

• Preferably more than 5 years of experience in solution architecting

• Proficiency in. NET Core/ Java, React JS, SQL • Experience in domain driven design and test-driven design

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail regarding accounting skills

• Ability to work under indirect supervision.

• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability • Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills.

• Flexible in a fast- pace dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities

• Experience in microservices architecture building highly scalable and resilient systems.

• Exposure to public cloud, preferably AWS

• ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect (NUS-ISS) would be preferred
