Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers who are able to meet quality, price and delivery requirements
- Analyze proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key vendors
- Negotiate pricing and terms for goods and services
- Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Monitor market trends
- Create, maintain and update ERP/Procurement System's master data for suppliers, services and materials
- Collaborate with internal teams
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Buyer or procurement role within manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Proficient in MS Office and functional aspects of SAP MM and e-Purchasing tools
