Key responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting entries and schedules for preparation of monthly management report and quarterly group reports. Ensure reporting timelines are met.
- Work closely with AR and AP accountant to ensure smooth month-end closing.
- Prepare quarterly GST reporting
- Prepare financial data to support tax submissions by tax department, government declaration, and other departmental needs.
- Liaise with external auditors for year-end financial audit
- Preparation of annual audited financial statements, XBRL and statutory reporting for the group.
- Assist the Finance Manager to identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, completeness and efficiency of internal and external reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years relevant working experience in audit/commercial full set accounting related role.
