Responsibilities
- Develop visual designs to support organizational culture, reflecting the company's values and management philosophy through high-quality creative assets.
- Create graphic designs for internal communication platforms such as in-office TVs and offline activities, as well as external channels.
- Provide comprehensive solutions that encompass project initiation, collaboration with internal teams, cross-departmental communication, vendor management, and timely execution of deliverables.
- Lead the creative development of marketing collateral, display ads, global branding campaigns, promotional materials, PR assets, and internal communication visuals.
- Utilize design software and AI tools to create and enhance animations, video edits, layouts, and graphics for diverse platforms.
- Contribute to all phases of creative development, from ideation and storyboarding to production and final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling designs aligned with objectives and brand guidelines.
- Generate new concepts and ideas for videos, layouts, and graphics in collaboration with the internal design team.
- Present ideas and pitches to managers and key stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining design assets, templates, and libraries to streamline the motion graphics production workflow.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to accurately understand design requirements and deliver projects on schedule.
- A keen eye for style and detail, with a solid understanding of graphic trends and innovations.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, as the role involves translating and proofreading creative content in both languages.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing tools, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with an understanding of technical constraints and designing for various video formats.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Expertise in motion graphics techniques, including keyframing, animation, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance scalability, efficiency, and accuracy in design workflows.
