Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare materials for meetings, such as reports, presentations, and agendas.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights to aid in decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Coordinate meetings, document action points, and follow up with teams and stakeholders on deliverables.
- Manage administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, groceries, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
