Responsibilities summary

• Design content migration strategies to populate Archive Center and Content Server with legacy data within the xECM framework.

• Knowledge of Records management and Physical records management.
• Develop custom solutions and workflows within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to address complex business requirements.
• Must have experience of Smart UI configuration.
• Design and implement scalable integration architectures to facilitate data exchange between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead the planning and execution of upgrades and deployments of Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM components, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide expertise and guidance on implementing and configuring Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to optimize performance and usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-proof solutions that meet business needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and 10+ Years of experienced OTM & Solution Design/Architect to join our dynamic team.

• Experience in Customer Handling.
• Hands on experience in OTM Functional Configurations in the following Modules (not limited) – Order Management, Shipment Management, execution and visibility, Finance, GTM, FTI and other modules.
• Expert in OTM core modules and over all understanding of OTM Technical Architecture
• Hands on experience in log files, Automation agent actions, procedure, packages, custom event, report configuration/registration and FTI
• Experience in OTM Customizations and Integrations with Oracle, SAP & legacy Applications
• Experience in fine-tuning and optimizing OTM configurations including Agents, saved queries/conditions.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Lead and develop repair processes for Component Repairs for Rolls-Royce Trent Engine Components.
• Lead and assist in development of required tooling for respective repairs and inspection requirement, creation of manufacturing routers and process instructions (data cards, recording forms, Setup plans, etc.)
• Lead in demonstration of First article for assigned repair schemes per AS9102, AS 130000 and Rolls-Royce's SARRe Guideline for suppliers.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineers and Specialist from Customer team to achieve assigned monthly targets of repair development of Repairs.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in resolution of technical and operational challenges or concerns raised to Rolls-Royce, and ensure follow through till approval is obtained, and repair is handed over to shop operations.
• Assisting all steps involved in Source Approval validation packages for Rolls-Royce Source control Repair schemes, and other documentation required for industrialization and approval.
• Assisting effectively interfaces with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Suppliers and other support teams during repair industrialization into the Shop and ensure that it meets Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity objectives, within schedule and budget.
• Interface with vendors and internal functions in an effective manner to ensure that the action items to be carried out for the repair development are executed on time and in budget.
• Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are completed and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Aeronautical / Material or other relevant Engineering
• Min. 5 years of Repair development or repair design experiences.
• Well versed in Rolls-Royce Repair Schemes designs, application of engine manuals and Cleaning and inspection chapter, Special Process Manuals and Overhaul process.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Rolls-Royce Component Repair processes
• Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection tools and processes used in the repair industry, such as heat treat, thermal spray, glass bead & shot peening, arc welding, Wide Gap brazing, machining, etc.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tool/fixture design and applications in repair.
• Good to have expertise in Nozzle Guide Vanes and Stator Vanes repair.

Salary Range: 5,000~8,000 SGD/Month

· Must be having good Business understanding of data model designing (Conceptual Data Model, Logical Data Model, Physical Data Model) of new aged digital implementations based on Microservices and Be Spoke Application

· Must be versed with agile implementation of Data modelling

· Must have working exp in implementation IT Project as Data Architect

· Must be able to collaborate with IT teams, analyse business needs, and ensure data solutions align with Project phase goals.

· Responsibilities include data modelling, defining database architecture, optimizing data retrieval, and ensuring data security.

· Strong knowledge of AWS Postgres database technologies, data warehousing, Data security and data governance is essential for this role.

· Good to have working exp as Data Architect in SG Gov Sector in IT Project.

Job Description

• The Design Engineer is responsible for day-to-day design and engineering activities.
• He/She shall handle design independently and take up responsibilities to deal various for authorities like BCA/CSC, ST and follow up with site until Top/ CSC.
• He/She shall attend project meetings with other consultants /clients / authorities.
• He/She shall be responsible to site design issues and site visits.
• He/She has spent significant years on the job and acquitted technical knowledge and skills relating to the design of residential, industrial and infra structures related projects.
• The Design Engineers expertise is essential to his/ her responsibilities to provide technical guidance to his/her team and lead projects of oderate complexity or less routine in nature.
• The design Engineer should have knowledge on Euro Code regulations.
• Should have knowledge on concrete and steel structural design
• Should able to work in STAADPro
• Willing to work late hours and site offices are required and Go site visit along with PE and supervise activities on requests.

- Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
- Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
- Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client’s ecosystems

Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of practical experience in presales and execution of medium and large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projects
- Rapid comprehension of client’s system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmap
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solution
- Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solution on various industries
- Salesforce Architect & MuleSoft certifications
- Excellent communication skill in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling and engagement skills
