The ideal candidate to have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate should also possess a good understanding of a print production job flow – from conceptualisation to production stages.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Amendment of existing artwork
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
• Become familiarised with client’s brand guidelines and past assignments.
• Liaise with sales personnel and clients to fulfil clients’ needs and expectations.
• Maintain and operate digital printer and order supplies when required.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design & print industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• knowledge of print processes and specifications/profiles
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, design skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Keen Interest in the printing industry and/or experience with digital presses/large format printers are an added advantage.

As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual representations of interior and/or architectural designs using 3D rendering and visualization software. You will work closely with the design team to bring design concepts to life and provide visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading 3D Visualizer Team, managing projects timeline, administer creative control, and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Work closely with Designers to produce compelling 3D graphic representation in a graphic form, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations based on concept and initial design intent.
• Efficient in modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
• Advanced production scene including compositing 2D and 3D image, finishing and retouching, texturing, lighting, camera animation on 3D renderings and walk-through projects.
• Development of a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
• Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with designers
• Meticulous and knowledgeable in post-production to enhance visuals/walk-through.

Requirements

• Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions
• Minimum 5 years of experience as 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)
• Adaptable and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
• Proficient in 3dsMax, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• Ability to lead/co-lead designs and projects
