Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Digital Content Creation or related field
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services
• Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service
• Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups
• Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
• Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes and issues with patients / external stakeholders with professionalism
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed
• Actively source and strategies to smoothen operational flows and enhance patient experience
• Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
• Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
• Maintain and monitor inventory, including medical supplies and clinic equipment
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and training to ensure optimal service levels
• Assist in billing processes, insurance claims, corporate invoicing, cash collection, control measures and other financial operations
• Regular checks and audits on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc.
• Regular checks and audits on payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop improvement plans when necessary
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

The Executive Officer (District Officer) performs strategic and operational academic support intervention activities. He/she assists with the creation of the desired learning environment and the management of logistics and equipment. Partnership Management

• Evaluates the effectiveness of the Performing School team programmes and initiatives through the collection and analysis of feedback
• Conducts reviews of products and recommends areas of improvement or adaptation to suit the needs of school-going children
• Implements initiatives and processes to drive the Education business
• Ensures prompt delivery of data, reports analysis
• Maintains the effective delivery of lessons by organising appropriate training sessions for deployed tutors or coaches
• Supports the analysis of the quality and outcomes of all products and initiatives conducted and recommends enhancements through accurate and timely reporting
• Delivers developmental programmes where necessary to enhance the quality of outcomes for products and initiatives delivered by the Perform in School team
• Practises sound financial prudence in procurement of items and services for all products and initiatives in the Perform in School team
• Adheres to processes and financial policies
• Checks for the legality of all actions related to day-to-day policies

People Management

• Identifies, shortlists, interviews and selects tutors from a certified pool
• Plans and executes deployment of tutors to various centres, according to pre-set guidelines
• Supervises a team of Head Tutors, Tutors and Centre Personnel (including Centre Supervisors, Liaison Officers and Caretakers)
• Demonstrates and role models a high-performance service culture amongst the tutors that nurtures and encourages service excellence, quality and empowerment
• Manages the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of the personnel deployed to each centre to achieve the key outcomes for the team
• Makes efforts to ensure achievement of KPIs with team members

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in education operations settings will be an advantage
• Degree in Education, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Good communication in English and Malay (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be strong in operations and motivated by such nature of work
• Driven, resourceful and proactive individual who is able to work independently, but a strong team player
• Sound decision-making and keen problem-solving skills
