Job Title: SHIPPING CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE (IMPORT/EXPORT DOCUMENTATION ( ID6016)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Job Descriptions
• Handle all import/export documentation, shipping procedures, and coordination, including shipment planning.
• Issue purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Manage shipping documents, customs declarations, permits, and compile invoice data.
• Ensure supporting certificates are ready before shipment.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders for transport scheduling and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipping documents to relevant parties (banks, shipping companies, etc.).
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Department on finance-related matters.
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications
• At least tertiary education with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Good Knowledge of Advanced MICROSOFT EXCEL Skills preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office activities and administrative matter
• Handle correspondence and communications.
• Provide administrative support to executives and departments.
• Maintain employee records and databases.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Participate in HR-related projects and special initiatives.
• Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office admin
• Willing to work in a start-up environment
• Friendly working environment
• Experience in providing support to c-suite
