Presto Studios’ was founded in August 2013 – A music school where music education will always be a warm and nurturing learning experience. Till today, we have nurtured thousands of students using our teaching methodology, providing them with the most nurturing music environment as they experience the love of music at Presto Studios.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager/Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing operations, human resources, and sales functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the music school to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for class scheduling, facility management, and equipment maintenance.
2. Human Resources:
- Manage all aspects of human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
3. Sales and Enrollment:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive student enrollment.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and parents.
4. Financial Administration:
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage budgets for operations and sales activities.
- Track and analyze financial performance related to enrollment and sales.
5. Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate with instructors, administrative staff, and management to optimize workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, human resources, and sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the music education industry is a plus.
