Job Responsibilities

• Visiting job sites to analyse space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colours
• Creating initial design sketches, colour themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
• Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors
• Hiring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists
• Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
• Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

Requirement

• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate interior design and interior achitecture.

• Passionate about corporate office interior design and public spaces.
• Strong design portfolio in corporate office interior design.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and communication skills.
• Highly efficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office tools.

We are actively looking to hire junior interior designers with the following requirement:

1. Require at least 2-3 years of experience in the interior design industry.

2. Good knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the design industry.

3. Develop, prepare and review material prior to management approval on projects.

4. Ensure best practice guidelines are utilized on all projects.

5. Proficiently skillful with AutoCAD, Photo Shop, SketchUp, Enscape, MS applications, etc.

6. Applicants must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident ONLY.
