Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and develop creative concepts and design layouts for website pages, web banners, email templates, and other digital media.
• Update company website and profile and in house catalogues
• Develop visual contents for company website social media
• Design and print in-house catalogues, folders, business cards, etc
• Attend to export market customer inquiries
• Create room settings for customers
• Designing of carpets and rugs for customers collection and projects
• other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

• With relevant experience in Graphic design and maintaining websites
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (META) and WordPress CMS
• Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Designing, 3D Room Setting and a wide range of media for product presentation, photography.

An Ideal Candidate's Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic and 3D design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya), and 2D/3D animation using Blender, After Effects, or similar software is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and experience using Figma is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in video and/or photo taking and editing is a plus!

• Design and content creation – campaigns, product packaging, collaterals, marketing communication works such as website, emailer, social media, public relations.
• Copywriting for accompanying designs and marketing communication works.
• Project management for campaign and product launches.
• Reports for marketing communication works –Website, emailer, social media.
• Communication with vendors and suppliers for printing and procurement supporting conceptualization works.

Skills Required

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign, Lightroom.
• Knowledge of graphic design and print.
• Copywritin.
• Photography and Videography (Basic).
• Office 365.
• Language: Strong command of English.

About the Role and Company

The role will be involved in works for FLO Aroma, an aromatherapy brand under the registered parent company. Works involved spans across mainly digital but also offline. Thus, allowing the role to be involved hands-on in a diversity of work.

As a young brand, we have a culture of learning and working in teams, regardless of any roles and positions. With a close-knitted team, the role will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments.
