Requirements

• Prior experience as a Relationship Executive will be a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with the project owner and serve as a liaison providing updates on project status and changes
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and the Project Lead to further develop the concept,
• ideate assets, and illustrate using Adobe creative suite and Figma.
• Help to maintain brand standard within the project
• Prepare assets for development, including resizing the assets, generating color palettes, archiving
• Research design trends and competitor activity.

This contract role is to cover the Lead Accounts Executive during her maternity period. Role may be converted into a permanent role based on the business demand during 2024.

The incumbent will assist the Accounts department in the full-spectrum of operational activities:

• Manage activities for full set of accounts;
• Perform daily accounting and finance duties including receivable and payable processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• Manage end-to-end process of Scope of Work (SOW) for services offered to clients and issuance of invoices accordingly;
• Monthly processing and checking of payroll and reimbursement for external associates;
• Preparation of ageing report and follow up with customers on outstanding payments;
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records;
• Maintain the fixed assets register and ledger;
• Assist Manager in meeting the stipulated dead-lines for various transactions such as GST returns, IR8A, IR21, tax returns, etc;
• Participate in Payroll projects including implementation/replacing of system;
• Assist in auditing the accuracy, completeness of the documents and records (ie. SOW, Invoices, payroll information, contract, etc).
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience related to activities for full set of accounts is mandatory;
• Able to use an accounting software, preferably Tally;
  Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and English are very much required because this role requires communication with Malaysia govt. agencies;
• Confidence in communication with clients on a regular basis;
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word/ Excel;
• Experienced in high volume invoice management, hands-on with Singapore payroll, expense claims etc., AR/AP operations and in submitting GST returns, IR8A, IR21 etc.
