Job Description:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing all architectural aspects of projects from conception to completion
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification
• Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

- Manage shop drawings based on detail design.

- Monitor the submission status closely and prepare weekly and monthly report.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

- A person with proactive attitude and a strong passion is preferred.

- A person with experience in AutoCad or Microstation will have advantage.

Job Description:

• Able to co-ordinate and execute the operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with sub-contractors, clients and Consultants to achieve target set.
• Liaise with the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations
• Site coordination and monitoring architectural work progress
• Able to prepare shop drawing for construction & As-built plan for submission

Requirements:

• Possess recognized Nitec in Building (Architectural & BIM cert) / Diploma in Architecture & BIM cert from recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
