Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Logistics Director to lead and oversee operations in the logistics department of the company. He/She will create logistical plans and procedures to ensure internal and external customer requirements are satisfied. The job of a Logistics and Distribution manager entails more than just organizing products storage and distribution. You will make certain that the proper product is used and you will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location at a reasonable cost. You may also be involved in sales, transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall financial and operational excellence for the various departments: Logistics, Warehouse, Delivery and Customer Service.
• Perform strategic planning including the setting of specific KPIs for each department.
• Plan and ensure continuous improvements of service & operational delivery processes.
• Take ownership of & be involved in the annual budget process.
• Ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled.
• Responsible for work safety measures & risk assessment for various departments.
• Ensuring the business operates within the company mission statement.
• Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
• Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
• Responsible for business development of logistics related segment.

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
• Has at least 5 years of management experience

Position:Operations Manager

• Working Hours:5 days, 8.30am- 6pm
• Salary: $6500 -$8000 + $500 transport allowance
• Location: Geylang, and required to travel to 15 branches. Company will be moving to Woodlands Senoko in 2026

Responsibilities:

• Support investment officers in portfolio management matters in a timely manner, including review of portfolio companies’ corporate actions and providing recommendations.
• Ensure smooth running of post-investment operations, including accurate and timely portfolio reporting and valuation within the organisation.
• Maintain updated and accurate investment data, including portfolio and deal documentation, collection of financial and non-financial data.

Inventory Manager

JOB PURPOSE AND CONTEXT
The Manager (Inventory) responsible in managing the inventory control to ensure inventory level is optimized and inventory targets are achieved.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Oversee inventory management; maximize stock turn through replenishment and stock transfer, as well as ensure inventory levels of product categories are controlled within the stock turn day given.
• Locate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
• Responsible to ensure overall cost effective and efficient methods of stock movement.
• Execute overall management direction to ensure product orders are sufficient and on time to cater for business activities.
• Constantly review and improve inventory control protocols and processes to ensure proper system is in place to support the work and to ensure adherence to supply chain inventory standards.
