• Conduct/Support product knowledge trainings for co-workers related to a product range.

• Ensure Balance operational excellence in daily operations to enhance the easy buying experience in line with commercial review requirements

• Support a customer-friendly and efficient execution of the payments, exchange & returns and click and collect process.
