RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

1. Responsible to: Director of Programme / Divisional Director
2. Supervised by: Senior Art Therapist / Director of Programme
3. Interrelationships: Professional colleagues, staff, donors, clients and families

Role

The Art Therapist is to work with children and families of all ages and backgrounds using the visual arts as a medium for healing, awareness and self-development. The aim is to help their clients express intense emotion and explore their thoughts in a non-verbal way, using a wide range of art materials. The intention is not a focus on the artistic skills of the client but their engagement in a creative personal process. They work in either a group or one-to-one setting and provide a safe and secure environment for clients to work through their emotions. Art therapists also work closely with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Taking referrals, including self-referrals and referrals from other professionals such as teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists;
• Making referrals to other professionals;
• Attending meetings and case conferences to share ideas, expertise and good practice;
• Assessing the needs of the children and families by listening and providing guidance;
• Working creatively with various client groups in a therapeutic setting;
• Working in a group or one-to-one setting, often as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals;
• Enabling clients to explore their art work and the process of its production;
• Assessing and understanding the feelings or temperament of others;
• Constructively challenging the behaviour and attitude of clients;
• Keeping up to date with administration: making phone calls; writing reports and case notes; and drafting letters to other professionals;
• Planning, designing and facilitating a schedule of activities with individuals and groups;
• Maintaining art therapy space and materials;
• Receiving support and discussing ideas in individual supervision;
• Exploring opportunities for work where it may not currently exist;
• Presenting a case to other professionals on reasons for employing an art therapist;
• Explaining what art therapy is to colleagues and other practitioners;
• Keeping up to date with continuing professional development (CPD) by attending seminars, lectures, and workshops;
• Liaising with team members

• Master of Arts in Art Therapy from recognised institutions
• Registration with relevant Professional Body or Art Therapy Association

The Project Manager provides leadership on assigned projects and acts to achieve financial, schedule, and client relationship objectives. The Project Manager plans and organizes all engineering functions specific to the project, coordinates client interaction between the project team and client, provides guidance on recommended manpower and technical resource loading.

Key Activities and responsibilities

• Holds primary responsibility for achievement of scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives on assigned projects.
• Ensures achievement of corporate goals for assigned projects.
• Attends pre-bid meetings with clients and prepares proposals in conjunction with department heads, directors and other key individuals.
• Actively assists in Design budget development.
• Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
• Identifies risks to project and corporation and works with Project Executives and Director of Operations to mitigate risks.
• Responsible for project scope control and development/communication of all change notices to the client.
• Responsible/accountable for self and maybe 1-2 other people either through direct reporting relationship or influence
• Coordinates with project discipline leads to determine scope, complexity, and planning and scheduling requirements of the projects.
• Develops and maintains meeting minutes and Action Items/Needs List for each project.
• Develops and Maintains Project Execution Plan.
• Prepares internal monthly financial/schedule reports for the Director of Operations for each project.
• Prepares monthly financial/schedule reports for the Client as requested by the client.
• Enhances and facilitates project team communication and coordination.
• Responsible for management of all sub-consultants on the project.
• Must have the ability to run multiple simultaneous small projects. May also work with Sr. Project Managers or Directors on a larger project.
• Maintains personal competency in relevant professional areas.
• Maintains long-term industry relationships
• Assists in identifying, and developing innovative methods for improving project management processes and techniques against current SOPs.
• Strives for continuous improvement in all internal processes.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to project engineers.

Context and environment and Safety

Travel based on the project location. Less than 25%.

This position is a safety sensitive position. The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research or other "non-administrative" areas.

Required Education/Qualifications /Work experience

• A minimum of 5 years industry experience at least two (2) of which includes Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or planning.
• Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
• Fundamental level of scheduling skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
•

• Skilled in the use of IT tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, planning and scheduling software.

The role of a Meetings & Events (M&E) Graphic Design Executive is to BUILD & DELIVER exceptional concepts, designs, and experiences.

Your Day to Day you will be:

· Develop and design 3D/2D static and dynamic visual event concepts, key visuals, event logos and marketing collaterals for renowned consumer brands from all kinds of industries (ITC, Finance, FMCG, Healthcare, Insurance, Multi-Level Marketing, consulting, etc. brands, and marketing collaterals).

· Study design briefs and determine requirements for each project.

· Creation of marketing materials such as EDMs, graphic elements for ads, banners, signages, etc.

· Develop creative concepts and art to complement the digital marketing strategy.

· Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, packaging, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website assets.

· Collaborate with the Events team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

· Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard of quality.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.

· Work closely with external vendors and agencies to coordinate production and printing processes and ensure that all materials meet brand standards.

Qualifications and experience

· Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field of study.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates are welcome), with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD) and other design software.

· Creative and innovative. Curious about new trends and technology (i.e. GenAI, VR, AR, Metaverse, etc.)

· Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

· A pro-active, positive and inspiring approach to work.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

Scope:
