Innovative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Solutions Architect Wanted
Are you passionate about leveraging AI to transform public services? We're looking for a visionary AI Solutions Architect to lead our efforts in developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions for government and public sector clients.
Your Mission:
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML systems to address complex public sector challenges
- Spearhead the development of MVPs and integration of Generative AI into our product ecosystem
- Lead by example, writing code and solving intricate technical problems alongside your team
- Drive the adoption of AI Ops best practices and emerging technologies
- Identify AI opportunities and communicate strategies to stakeholders at all levels
Your Expertise:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience with background in AI development / AI solution architect or related field
- Hands-on experience developing and scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI (GenAI)
- Proficiency in production-level Python and frameworks such as PyTorch
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD practices, RPA, version control, and big data technologies
- Experience integrating AI solutions into product development cycles
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and connect multiple systems (e.g., monitoring, alerts, reporting, DB and ML pipelines)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions
- Demonstrated capacity to scope complex projects, identify issues proactively, and drive initiatives to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Multimodal LLMs, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Computer Vision
- Advanced Model Fine-Tuning experience
