Key responsibilities:

• Manage and provide leadership to branch managers and their respective teams within the cluster.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the cluster's operations.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity among all cluster staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
• Establishing excellent rapport with customers and staff.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the cluster as needed.
• Experience is an advantage, though training will be provided for the right applicant

• 5-day work week (includes one weekend)
  Weekdays 1pm to 9pm
  Weekends 9am to 6pm
