Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30m – 12pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary: $2500 - $2900

Job Description:
• With experience (perform Accounts Receivable Duties)
• Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes
• Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
• Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
• Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Requirement:
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Well organized, meticulous, detail oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Min at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable function
• Able to handle emails

Duration: 11 months

Responsibilities include:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment work which includes:
• Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
• Prepare and post recruitment advertisements.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate discussion
• Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
• Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
• Communicate offers, benefits, and terms to selected candidates.
• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters
• Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience prior to joining IMDA
• Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP

Requirements:

• Background in HR, Engineering, or any related discipline
• Possess the following competencies:
• Talent attraction and sourcing
• Stakeholder engagement
• Candidate experience management
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Possess minimum 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment – experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good team player

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be engaged to coordinate the administrative works within the Design & Technology Department in the Senior School and to assist the Design & Technology teachers in the delivery of the curriculum by providing high quality technical support and ensuring the safe and efficient organisation of equipment and resources.

The role reports to Head of Design & Technology (Senior School).

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Design & Technology Technician would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of workshop machinery for wood, metal and plastic and also CAM equipment and laser cutters are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including the use of CAD software and other design software such as Adobe Illustrator and a willingness and capacity to learn quickly, are desirable.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Flexible, able to prioritise your workload and use your initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.

• Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues for timely order fulfillment and billing.
• Retrieve purchase orders and submit invoices on customers’ online portals
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales for customer returns.
• Issue Credit and Debit notes when applicable.
• Maintain systematic and complete filing of documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least "N"/ "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
