Job Description:

As an Interior Designer Sales (IDS), where you'll blend your passion for design with client-facing sales. In this role, you will create bespoke design solutions, manage end-to-end projects, and liaise with clients to turn their visions into reality. If you have a flair for design, are sales-driven, and enjoy transforming spaces, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a leading interior design firm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and develop leads, creating tailored design proposals.
• Prepare quotations and presentations to secure projects.
• Oversee the management of renovation sites and liaise with sub-contractors.
• Ensure all designs align with client expectations and are ready for review by the Creative Director.
• Provide exceptional customer service, managing projects from concept to completion.

Job Description

• Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, Greenship etc.
• Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation – IES, CFD
• Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
• Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
• Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
• Other adhoc related tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related field
• Willing to travel
• Can work independently as well as in small teams
• Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
• Good report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
