• Update and maintain internal databases for design collaterals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Diploma in graphic design or related field with 3 to 5 years related experience in similar industry preferred (Publishing experience preferred)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accountability
• Proficient in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must
• Good grasp of publishing terms, knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Design

• Create exceptional designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Develop branding materials, including brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, website assets, EDMs, and WhatsApp Blasts.
• Design large-format prints for events and displays.
• Demonstrate proficiency in video filming and editing.

Marketing Support:

• Support for Social Media Marketing
• Assist with EDM & WhatsApp Blast creation and distribution.
• Support website updates and maintenance.
• Participate in event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with others to support design needs across regional, such as creating internal communications materials or event collateral.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects(video editing).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including branding, typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Experience in creating various marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset and a passion for design.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
