Skillsets:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
3. Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
2. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
4. Experience designing for accessibility and inclusion.

• Prepare work schedule.
