Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for the analysis of water and solid samples.
• Conduct water sample analysis using manual titration, colorimetric methods, and instruments such as TOC (Total Organic Carbon), flow injection analyser, UV-spectrometer, and titrator.
• Assist in maintaining the ISO17025 system.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in chemical process or related fields, or graduates with 2-3 years of laboratory experience.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 2pm - 10pm , Sat: 4pm - 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Follows laboratory protocol in checking specimens received from clinics/clients and make sure that names tally with therequest forms.
• Follows protocol with utmost care and diligent in bar coding samples and request forms for testing.
• Follows all laboratory policies in the area of blood borne pathogens and safety.
• Able to follow test requirements of reference laboratory and procure appropriate specimen for testing.
• Processes laboratory specimens received from patients using prescribed laboratory guidelines.
• Prepare samples for sending out to other laboratories.
• Utilizes centrifuges and other lab equipment to process specimens and prepare them for testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Able to commit to fixed Afternoon shifts/ weekends/ Rotational Sunday & Public Holiday Shift
• Basic knowledge in computer skills preferred.

The Role

Perform support duties to ensure the smooth operation of clinics and adherence to established procedures, such as:

• Maintaining clinic facilities and assets daily
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries as necessary
• Maintaining office filing systems and databases
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all records

Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with ship crew, agents, and transporters to ensure smooth medical operations, such as:

• Coordinating and facilitating movement of crew members and doctors between vessels, agents, and clinics
• Providing customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

Ensure proper account management, such as:

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements
• Working with finance team to generate invoices and statements of account

The Person

• Minimum Nitec qualification
• Excellent communications skills with strong command of the English language
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team player who is able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to perform ship boarding tasks
• Availability for standby duty after office hours to provide necessary support for maritime medical services
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

Junior SAP Consultant (Open to Fresh or Entry Level) (ref:120)

For Junior SAP MM or Junior SAP FI Consultant:

• Responsible in supporting the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP modules
• Provide support to end-users
• Involve in System Testing, Documentation, Data Migration, etc.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand business process & Integrate SAP modules
• Stay Updated on the latest SAP trends.

For Junior SAP Basis Administrator:

• To support the SAP landscape, ensuring system stability, and contributing to the successful implementation of SAP projects.
• Perform SAP System administration which includes monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Perform User & Authorization Managmement, System upgrades, patch management, backup recovery, documentation, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related qualifications
• Basic understanding of SAP integration concepts for SAP MM or FI. Basic understanding of SAP Basis system administration for SAP Basis Administrator
• Entry level candidates with good learning attitude and relevant background can be considered.
