Responsibilities

Logistics Coordinator

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and space planning strategies.

• Oversee and ensure accuracy in warehouse documentation and inventory records.

• Manage and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.

• Analyse and optimize processes for receiving handling, distribution, and storage.

• Utilize MS Excel to track and update data and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Logistics Assistant

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery in line with company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

• Safely operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
