Clinic Assistant - Napier / Up to $3300 [3770]

Salary: $2,000 to $3,300
Location: Napier MRT // Paragon Orchard
Working Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm // Sat 9am - 1pm when required only

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for frontline counter duties - Attend to patients/ customers, general billing and cashiering duties, answering phone calls, attending to customers enquiries, handling patient registration, scheduling appointments and follow up.
• Track all tests & investigations ordered for patients.
• Admin duties & communication with related parties for patient admission.
• Assist doctor in ad-hoc admin duties.
• Maintain good patient relationships and ensure smooth delivery of quality service to patients.
• Any other duties as required.

DTP Artist (Digital Services) - Layouts / Design Elements / Coordination [3770]

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm // 11am – 8pm (rotating weekly)
*Need to standby on Saturday sometimes (will have time off)
Salary range: $2,100 - $2,500
Location: Potong Pasir // Geylang Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare computerized layouts for approval
• Re-sizing design elements to fit client’s size requirement
• Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make amendment accordingly
• Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
• Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
• Position artwork and text on the page layout
• Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing
• Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections
• Color correct, resize, convert multiple file types from one platform to another
• Calibrate digital files for output to large format inkjet printers.
• Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising
• Overtime and shift work is required
