Job responsibilities:
General Office Administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
- Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
- Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
- Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
Event Coordination
- Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
- Coordinate catering and office gatherings as needed.
Administrative Support
- Oversee the part-time cleaner and ensure the cleanliness of the office and workshop
- Update staff leave records
- Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
- Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
- Corporate Tasks
- Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
- Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
- Facilitate the purchase of company gift vouchers and follow up with malls for procedures
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma holder in Business administration or Human Resource
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Candidates with no experience can apply
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently
