• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
• Supervise daily routines such as meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
• Work with centre nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs (ADLs) are met and communicated to the team.
• Co-ordinate and plan programmes and services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct, guide and participate in the orientation and training of new staff and provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff in the area of provision of care to day care clients and clients with dementia.
• Take charge of daily operations, and care provisions of clients, supervise and deploy staff to ensure operations of SCC is safe and effective.
• Take charge of incidents in the centre related to staff, clients and volunteers to ensure that the incident is resolved, reported and follow-up.
• Work with Centralised Team to ensure accurate billing and charges for clients and follow up on staff related matters.
• Work with Cluster Lead to ensure financial sustainability of the centre.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communications, assessment and processes
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Jon Requirements

• Min Diploma in any course
• Experience in Healthcare setting is crucial
• Able to commence work within short notice

The Job:

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and direct the performance of Data Centre Services
• Monitor daily Service Level Objective (SLO) and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Develop an operational team strategy to achieve Service Standards & SLA KPI’s
• Professionally monitor and train team’s performance, provide on the job coaching and evaluate performance, compare results to objectives
• Recommend or initiate hiring, promotions, transfers or disciplinary actions
• Conduct regular safety and task specific training both theoretically and practical
• Ensure all services are completed accurately and on time, in accordance with customer policies, including safety requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service
• Properly maintain and inspect tools & equipment
• Schedule Maintenance Services as necessary to maintain the facility’s infrastructure systems in accordance with maintenance programs including, but not limited to, 5S
• Always ensure an appropriate number of personnel on site
• Oversees daily management of staff and manage the flow of Data Centre day-to-day operations
• Attend regular meetings with customers to report issues, analyze quality, review performance, and/or resolve issues.
• Correctly maintain and generate required reports, including trends surrounding the services.
• Manage team capacity & utilization for assigned tasks during normal operations SLA & standards
• Requires traveling to multiple sites if required

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma with Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Must have Team Management experience
