Responsibilities

• Manage networks, servers, OS, storage, and backups for VMware environments and applications.
• Perform daily administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, patches, monitoring, and security tasks.
• Provide 24x7 remote and on-site support, minimizing unplanned outages.
• Create technical documentation for preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate with external parties for issue resolution and process enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead post-delivery teams in maintaining inventory and compiling maintenance reports.

Requirements

• Supporting VMware desktop environments and managing IT infrastructure.(Vmware Vsphere and Horizon VDI)
• Proficient in Windows (AD, Clustering), Linux, networking, storage, backup.
• Knowledgeable in systems security, performance monitoring, storage tech, CCNA concepts.
• Skilled in VMware virtualization for system management.
• Exposure to Veeam, NetBackup for backups.

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
• All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff

• Project management, design and development
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project/design team
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members

Requirements:

• Architectural master/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore (BOA)
• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission processes and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
• 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays (Central, Singapore)
• All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff (there is no bond to be served for the 2 years contract)
