Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• To plan, execute, manage, control and issue the ICSS engineering deliverables and deliver the ICSS package of the assigned project within the defined technical requirements, schedule, cost and quality so as to deliver the project successfully
• Understand the ICSS design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy.
• Plan, lead and manage ICSS team resources by identifying the work assignment for each team member in coordination with Project Lead I&C Engineer
• Plan, lead and manage the ICSS deliverables as per project requirements
• Direct and manage project work including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality
• Provide technical expertise on solving system engineering problems, monitor and control the project work by closely communicating with the team
• Identify improvement opportunities and innovative ideas
• Guide the ICSS team on change management control, anticipate the technical issues and take preventive action to mitigate the risk.
• Closely coordinate with the team, project lead I&C engineer, inter-discipline communication, internal and external stake holders

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
• Coordinate and communicate between patients, employees and management team.
• Manage and approve company budgets, assign tasks and schedule of weekly work shifts.
• Implement policy changes, planning of employees’ development and training programmes, as well as involving in the recruitment process.
• Regularly evaluate, develop and implement new protocols to optimize patient care and to improve clinics’ operations, staff performance and productivity.
• Performing quarterly employee reviews and gathering feedback to help employees achieve both the organisation and their individual professional goals.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Supervise and manage clinics’ purchases, inventory, maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
• Assist in any additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Great analytical and decision-making skills to exercise decision making processes.
• Possess strong organisational, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal, written and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and multitask.
• Comfortable with working in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Know how to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Other information

• Working schedule: 5 day work week with 2 days off (off days will be split 1 weekday and 1 weekend)
• 3 rotating work shift: 830am-615pm/1140am-930pm/930am-715pm
• Willing to travel as clinics are based islandwide.

Your responsibility includes close working relation with major clients and vendors for effective project management. A strong conversant in local and international codes and standards with experience in reviewing design and prepare project specification.

You should be Diploma / Degree qualified in Engineering discipline with relevant experience in offshore marine project exposure in the region. Ability to interpret construction drawings and be a team player. Good command of written and spoken English.
