We are an interior design firm specializing in high end residential design.
We are looking for a resourceful, numerate, multitasker to be the right hand to our CEO.
The candidate should be equally comfortable liaising with our high-end client base as well as coordinating/ directing our contractors. Ours is a fast paced, dynamic environment. We are a closeknit friendly team and we are looking for someone who can support our existing operations and help us develop further.
Job Description & Requirements:
This is not a design role and the candidate does not require any design experience but an interest in design and the home is essential to be able to support the design team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors
· Project purchasing
· Logistics and Inventory management
· Sales Admin & Office Admin
· HR Coordination
· Liaise with/ support the finance team
· Liaise with outsourced IT
· Business Development
· Events organization
Skills and experience required:
· Possess at least a Degree/Diploma
· Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
· Strong Experience in project purchasing, sales admin support, general office management functions are required
· Well versed with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must. Familiarity with HR and accountancy softwares and Canva is an advantage.
· Meticulous, have an eye for detail and an inquiring mind
· Self-motivated, Pro-active and with a good work ethic
· Good communication skills
· Relates to people of all levels and enjoys working in an innovative and fast pace environment
· Enjoys working independently as well as in a team
