Responsibilities:
• Conduct instructor-led or virtual classroom sessions for partners and end-user customers regularly.
• Collaborate with key vendors to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in training and consulting.
• Maintain a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Possess 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led/classroom training for relevant technology products and services.
• Have experience in designing and developing instructor-led content with technical subject matter.
• Exhibit excellent oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize various learning methods and connect them appropriately with subject matter.
• Hold a Technical Degree (e.g., Computer Science) or possess relevant work experience.
• Display a strong "stage presence" and the ability to manage a room of adult learners.
• Be self-sufficient and a self-starter with a track record of taking ownership of training projects.
• Possess certifications such as CCSI, MCT, or other relevant vendor certifications (a plus).
