Your new role

· Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for organisation’s president and senior directors under the approval of the president.

· Maintain the organization's vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, fuelling, and regular maintenance.

· Coordinating with president’s personal assistant to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

· Foster positive relationships with the president, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their needs.

· Collaborate with events staff to coordinate transportation for special events, conferences, and meetings.

· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's transportation needs.

What you will need to succeed

· Valid class 3 driving license

· Must be very willing to work according to president schedule

· Able to work weekends and overtime when necessary
