Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of daily collection / delivery
- Resolving daily collection / delivery issues
- Tabulate trip allowances
- Conduct weekly toolbox / training session
- Perform cross training for team members
- Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles
- Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses
- Responsible for team performance & discipline
- Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team
- Positive problem-solving attitude
- Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent
- Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response
- Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan
Requirements:
- Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess class 3 driving license (Manual) / with Class 4 will be plus point
- Perform 24/7 off-site standby (Rotation)
