Job Scope

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
• Analyse and tabulate the consumption adjustments
• Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
• Process daily bill check/refund
• Reviewing of customers’ security deposits and postings of miscellaneous charges
• Updating of statistics and reports checking
• Any other project work that may be assigned
• May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
