A global MNC in the food industry is currently looking for a 4 to 6 months contract Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be driving the company’s growth by recruiting top talent for the open roles, offering the internal hiring managers and interviewers expert advice, and guiding other recruiters and coordinators in the team. In addition, the role will assist with special recruitment projects as needed. The responsibilities will encompass meeting with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and establish a recruitment strategy, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse talent pools, conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings, and orchestrating the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers. He/she will also cooperate with the Global TA Team in scheduling interviews, align with HR Managers to formulate compelling compensation packages and negotiate job offers with candidates. Importantly, the role will be to understand the current and future talent needs and make strategic recommendations based on market trends.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should bring along 8 or more years of comprehensive corporate recruitment experience. He/she should have proven success collaborating with cross-functional partners like Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Marketing and must be comfortable working on multiple corporate roles in a dynamic corporate environment. Proficiency in various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BOOLEAN searches, cold-calling, networking, and database mining is essential, so is robust verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is also a requirement, experience with Greenhouse would be a plus.

Requirements:

- Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.

- 3 – 5 years’ of relevant experience

- Experience in Power Electronic / Automotive Industry

- Experience in complex systems with mechatronics, electrical machines, power electronics, and software

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare material requisition lists for job requirements.

- Plan and design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels according to customer's requirements and company standards.

- Prepare approval drawings, shop drawings, final drawings / documents, short circuit calculations, instruction manuals as required for submission to clients and shop floor production.

- Co-ordinate with clients and consultants on the technical requirements. Attend technical discussions with clients and consultants when required.

- Feed back to Sales & Marketing Department on the changes of technical requirements by clients for claims of additional costs and time.

- Check and follow-up on design and shop drawings with production departments.

- Develop and improve on design of electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels. While taking note of quality, standard, cost effective designs are to be considered.

- Assist and advise Sales & Marketing Department on technical matters, provide technical backup for securing of contracts.

- Carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superiors.

- Follow the procedures of design control, documentation and data control, and quality system of the total Quality Management System

- Diploma in Electrical . Marina or equivalent

- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

- Relevant experience with Switchboard Design

- Able to start work immediate
