Solution Architect (Senior Consultant) - SG2415

Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technology solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business objectives and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and stakeholders
• Define and document solution architecture, including diagrams, specifications, and technical documentation
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance solution capabilities
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or related role
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions
• Strong experience in system integration and API design
• Expertise in one or more of the following: cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), data warehousing, or enterprise applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and influence technical teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect) are a plus
• Experience in .NET Core / Java, React JS, SQL.
• Work with domain architecture team to drive platform/ product roadmap.
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT Standards and procedures.
