Join us at the Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) where our team is dedicated to designing concepts and initiatives to enhance patient safety.As the Assistant PSQ Lead, you will collaborate with domain experts, manage impactful projects, educate staff on improvement methodology and tools, and publish best practices to enhance patient safety and quality (PSQ).

You will facilitate large-scale sharing and form partnerships/networks/community of practices with clinical domain and industry experts to identify and work towards eliminating potential patient safety risks.Additionally, you will guide project teams to understand the current process, determine goals and measurement indicators to guide improvement and sustain change. You will also be involved in education and training, designing, conducting, and evaluating training programmes, sharing best practices through publication, and managing the cluster improvement portal to encourage project registrations and selecting project ideas that contribute to cluster improvement.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing PSQ-related proposals for funding applications, conducting literature reviews, and performing environmental scanning and analysis for insights and trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Relevant Postgraduate Master's with at least 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency, or
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency
• Proven track record in PSQ initiatives and project management

As a lead in an in-house team, you will collaborate with heads and leads across multiple departments to develop strategic and creative solutions for brand, content and acquisition marketing. You will work especially close with the Head of Marketing and market leads to develop brand narratives, plan and execute multiple paid and organic campaigns. You will also work closely with the Product Design Lead to implement our visual brand and evolve our brand experience across multiple touchpoints. You will also be supported by the MoneySmart Marketplace design team consisting of animators, illustrators and communication designers for the production of creatives for MoneySmart.

Responsibilities

As a Creative Design Lead, you'll direct our design team, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables for digital and offline branding, including videos, social media, and more. Your role involves evolving our brand through data-driven methods and requires expertise in digital marketing design, visual branding, and communication design, coupled with creativity and a collaborative spirit.

Creative Strategy and Direction

• You don’t need to be a personal finance guru, but as you grow with us we expect you to gain an understanding of personal finance to help our visitors through your visual and creative strategies.
• You will play a key role in growing and differentiating our visual brand over time with a data-driven approach to brand and marketing design testing.
• You will lead brand creative direction for marketing and product experience, supported by the MoneySmart marketplace design team.
• Set and uphold creative standards for the design team by building and updating a brand design playbook.
• As a master storyteller, you will lead the marketing design team to satisfy and balance business and customer objectives. You should feel comfortable bringing brand initiatives and campaigns to life through cross-functional brainstorms and creative leadership.

Production and Collaboration

• You may be required to be hands-on with creative production, but also depending on how well you manage your team’s resources.
• As a gatekeeper for the brand's visual design, you will be ultimately responsible for the consistency, quality and on-time delivery of work by the design team in keeping with our brand narrative.
• Foster a highly-collaborative partnership between the design team and other functions such as Marketing, Commercial and Product Experience to achieve great creative processes, solutions and outcomes.

Leading the Design Team

• Grow, lead and mentor a team of multi-disciplinary designers to implement our visual brand narrative across all product experience and marketing touchpoints.
• Ensure that the team is always well resourced to service the needs of the business.
• Build a culture of collaboration, curiosity and design advocacy in the design team and across other departments.

Requirements

• Min 4+ years experience in creative and brand design, and 1 year in people leadership.
• Strong visual portfolio documenting executed campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree holder of Design, Fine Art or any other related field
• Experience managing traditional and digital advertising and marketing campaigns from conception to execution
• Significant agency, in-house or contract-based experience leading a creative team of designers/animators/illustrators.
• Design advocate who finds beauty in dynamic design, and punchy storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

• Core focus will be on integrating cloud solutions with existing on-premise infrastructure and applications managed by AsiaPac. This involves designing secure and reliable hybrid cloud architectures that seamlessly connect various components.
• Define and oversee the organization's cloud computing strategy, including cloud adoption plans, cloud management, and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud architects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from technical staff to senior management.
• Optimize its technology investments to reduce costs.
• Working in partnership with the sales teams, lead the pre-sales engagement with customers to understand desired customer outcomes, technical objectives, and services requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops with customers to understand their business and technical drivers including application onboarding discovery of deployment-ready application workloads.
• Ensure that proposals, solution designs and Statements Of Work are technically sound and competitive.
• Provide Architecture Design, review and guidance for Public Cloud application including; monitoring, management, disaster recovery, security compliance/auditing, networking, storage, service brokers and build packs.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging cloud technologies and best practices, recommending and implementing them when appropriate.
• Analyze business requirements and identify areas where technology can be used to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

• 5+ year experience in Hybrid Cloud architecture, design and implementation of critical applications.
• 3+ years’ experience with Hyperscalers (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Pre-sales Consulting experience, including time supporting sales and liaising with technical practices and delivery will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge with a clear understanding of cloud services and deployment models
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English
• Experience as a team leader in a dynamic and fast pace environment

A successful Theme Park Creative Design Lead should have a strong background in themed entertainment, creativity, project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences within a theme park setting.

• Provide leadership and direction to the creative design team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the development of creative concepts and ideas for new attractions, rides, shows, and themed environments within the theme park.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and experience designers, to ensure feasibility and alignment with overall park objectives.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualifications in Architecture or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Exhibition Design, Theming Works, Rides & Shows Construction within the Theme Parks/Zoos/Events/ Museums/Attractions/Integrated Resort industries is required
• Managed projects in the capacity of project manager/director, project architect/engineer (contractor, consultant) of at least SGP$50 million and above or as part of a team managing such projects of $100 million and above.
