Summary

As the Commercial Operations Executive, you will be assisting your manager in providing operational support to the APAC team to meet our key objectives and contribute to the long-term interests of the business. This role will work together with Asia Sales and Business Development team and the global teams in supporting the sales processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Origination Support for Asia Companies and Companies in Other Regions as required

• Interpret and organize the global list which marketing generated to produce an easy-to-read format
• Perform detailed research and analysis on companies, their sustainability goals and relevant information (eg. mfg locations) to facilitate the team’s prioritization to derive a short list
• Identify the relevant contacts / decision makers and provide their LinkedIn / emails for sales team to connect with them
• Maintain/update BOX research files
• Origination tracking
• Generate CDP report

2. Salesforce (CRM Tool) / Supporting Asia Teams

• Help to organize/update/extract information
• Ensure important information for accounts that we are actively working with are captured whenever possible
• Follow up with team to ensure information are updated e.g. updating of past due opportunities
• Creating/maintaining the link on account note to the origination BOX files
• Update training materials

3. Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements, Competencies and Certifications

• Effective prioritization and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to anticipate challenges and troubleshoot

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of the energy industry especially CO2 reduction is an added advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Prospect for new project sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Actively search for new clients through methods such as cold-calling.
• Attend meetings with clients to understand their interior design needs and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Department to align on clients' requirements and design concepts.
• Prepare contracts, project schedules, submissions, and other relevant documents.
• Manage projects by coordinating activities with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to the project schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Interior Fit-Outs for retail, office, and residential spaces.
